Exercise
I got up early for a change and got some exercise running stairs. Since it's the first time in a long time, I decided to take it easy and not tire myself out to dizziness (I've done this before).
Yesterday I had a great bike ride - 2 hrs. I want to get into the habit of riding regularly, but I need a "beater" bike that I can park on the sidewalk and not worry about having it stripped. (Ok, finding a beater bike is now on my to-do list).
I have a lot to do this week -- get back to cleaning up and organizing. Trying to do some deep thinking of how to organize my job at work. However, getting "back in the saddle" with journalling is a good thing. To be continued...
