The Feedback Loop
I've been reflecting a lot on what needs to improve at my current position. I think the problem is that there isn't a good feedback loop, which is to say that information flows in one direction but never flows the other way. In other way there's very little follow-up after a task has been passed on or "delegated."
I'd like to facilitate change in this area. It's very difficult to do alone. I think a big part of it is being able to be authentic -- earnest with peers. At the moment, I feel as if a lot of people are concerned with keeping themselves covered. Do we help cover others?
I believe it takes follow-through. I'll start with trying to followthrough myself and completing the feedback loop.
